This question seems silly, but if you step back for a moment, and ask yourself, what is your answer?

The 'name' by nature is describing the 'thing', but it is not the 'thing'. You are a man or woman, you are a being. You are NOT a name. Where do you live? INSIDE YOURSELF. When were you born? Can you HONESTLY answer that? NO YOU CANT! You have no memory of the event. Just because your mommy had some parties on a certain day, or you have a piece of paper that says you were born on this date, does not mean THAT YOU know for a FACT that this date is correct.

I have a lot more info to post, but i would like to get an idea of what you guys think, before i go too fay down the rabbit hole....

what strain are you smoken on, i want some of that shit. actually sounds like ur tripping, and those kind of stupid questions are allowed to be asked only then while u and everyone else is still tripping if not they are just pointless. none of what you said makes sense. seriously unless u were kidnapped at birth or sold by ur parents you birth information would be correct and if it was off by a few days what does that really matter. its not like we live by the class system of the medieval times any more where that kind of information would make a differience, ex.. living as a slave or royalty.

Shugarbud- im not sure you quite understand. If the question is so stupid, why no answer? And then to bring up the Matrix, aliens, ect. leads me to believe that you think you understand 'reality' and that those things are not part of it. bhc4985- The reason this is in 'Legal & Security' is because any 'charge' your 'PERSON' gets involving the 'Divine Creator's medicine' will be brought to your flesh, IN THE NAME. There is a reason for this....Also, i noticed this forum isnt called 'LAWFUL & Security'. I wonder why? Its because there is a MAJOR difference between 'Legal' and 'LAWFUL.' 1st lets get aquainted with our slave papers, err.... I mean our Birth Cert and our Social Security card....Notice anything strange about your name? IT IS IN ALL CAPS. Why? Well Im pretty sure i fully understand the English language, and there is NEVER a correct time to use ALL CAPS in any environment in writing....Well actually there is 1 area. Its called 'Legalease', and it is the language of the 'Legal' system. It designates a non-living entity, a corporation, a fiction. Here is the facts:

Lets say you get a ticket for cannabis use. How will they 'charge' you? Like this: MR. JOHN PETER DOE, or JOHN P DOE, or John P DOE, ect....Isnt the correct way to spell 'your' name, John Peter Doe? Im sure you are laughing, and if you are, that means you would actually answer to the name when the Judge calls it. I on the other hand WOULD NOT. Here is why....

All Governments, Cities, Counties, ect ARE CORPORATIONS. Like WAL-MART. A Corporation is a FICTION. That means it does not exist in reality, only on paper. A living soul CANNOT interact with a fictional piece of paper. So in their elaborate scheme, they 'created' a fiction of you, using your Birth Cert, and SS. This also means that your Country went bankrupt along the way (All have). It means your Country has a 'Central Bank' that runs the show. And they have now put up for collateral the only thing of value left....YOU. The US did not have Birth Cert, SS, Driver license, marriage license, firearms license, ect, ect, ect until around 1933, WHEN THEY WENT BANKRUPT for at least the 4th time.

Lets say it says: 'STATE OF CALIFORNIA vs JOHN PETER DOE'. Where is the injured party? Is the STATE OF CALIFORNIA injured? Did they sign a sworn affidavit under full commercial liability, and under penalty of perjury, that they have been injured? NO THEY CANT! A fiction DOES NOT exist in (our)reality, and therefore cannot interact with ANYTHING in reality. So again, they hire a 'prosecutor' who says he has been given the 'Authority' to 'represent' the STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Again, Can i see the 'contract' that the STATE OF CALIFORNIA signed to allow you to represent them?. Are you starting to see...

Next up, is since they CAN NEVER bring a 'charge' against a living soul, UNLESS THERE IS A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT, they have 'charged' your fiction. And since that fiction looks an awful lot like our name, we stand up for it when it is called. Why does a Judge ALWAYS have to get you to state your name and date of birth? Even when OJ was tried for homicide (Again word tricks, homicide is a COMMERCIAL crime, murder is a common law crime, see?), he HAD to state his name and DOB when being arraigned on the 'charges'. You are 'consenting' to their scam when you answer to that name. YOU DO NOT have to answer to that name. PERIOD. Do you think there is a statute, code, law, rule, saying you have to?

How about filing an 'Abatement' for misnomer of name? very simply, "You sent me something that has my name like this: JOHN PETER DOE. My name is John Peter of the Doe family, and if it is indeed me you seek, please amend your writ, and i will be happy to do as the court wishes." Do you think they will just 'change' they papers to ask for THE FLESH to stand, when they know there is no FLESH claiming to be injured?........IT WONT HAPPEN. Did you know that the only thing a JUdge can do when you file an Abatement IS NOTHING. He has no jurisdiction!!!!The ONLY THING THAT CAN HAPPEN is that the 'plaintiff/prosecutor' may amend his writ to your spelling. THAT IS IT!.

When in court, i say "I am here about this matter"....What is the Judge going to do? He will continue to get you to say your name. (It is not even your name, if your mom 'registered' you at birth, they own the name. And they only can own your body if you consent.)
