Hey guys hows it going.. my plant is looking really badass, didnt go with the HPS light cause i dint have a bulb and dont have the moeny to buy one, but i installed 4. 17w fluros tubes for side growth. Cant get any pics cause i dont have my digi.

So anyways, the plant is in a 3 gallon container, but the soil has condensed so much that the soil level starts like 6 inches from the top of the pot.

Do you guys think i should go get a bigger container and transplant her? Is it safe to transplant during flowering?

yeah, i do. in general i would say 4-5 gallon normally for the final size, even bigger if youre trying to like grow an 8' plant or something. as many people on here have said, gallon per foot i believe? plus if the soil is that compacted you prolly also want some new stuff added in plus maybe soem drainage element (gravel, perlite, sand, etc). as long as youre not like about to harvest in the next week i would say its safe to trasplant anytime as long as you dont do it too many times. just give it time to readjust to its new place
